ARCHITECTURAL INTENT
Synthesizing Mediterranean symmetry with high-precision modern pool engineering.
Designed to harmonize with the sweeping proportions of a modern Mediterranean estate, The Ivory Estate project centers on precision geometry, expansive hardscaping, and absolute visual stillness.
The goal was to extend the interior courtyard's central sightline through an open archway, drawing the eye directly across a mirrored pool surface to the manicured perimeter gardens.
To accomplish this without sacrificing functionality, the structural pool shell was sunk beneath a hand-cut French limestone deck, utilizing a perimeter-overflow system that keeps the water level perfectly flush with the terrace edge.
Custom plaster finishes were specified to reflect Florida’s ambient daylight, shifting from soft turquoise at high noon to deep indigo by twilight.
Materiality:
Hand-Cut French Limestone, Custom Ivory Plaster, Aged Bronze Accents
Water Feature:
Flush Perimeter Overflow, Sunken Seating Bay, Integrated Spa System
